Canceling Your Subscription

Daxi Study AI makes it easy to cancel your subscription if you need to. There are no hidden fees or complicated processes.

To cancel: Go to your account settings. Navigate to the 'Subscription' section. Click 'Cancel Subscription'. Confirm your cancellation.

What happens when you cancel: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged for future periods. You can continue using Daxi until your access expires.

Your data after cancellation: Your uploaded materials and conversation history will be permanently deleted 30 days after your subscription ends. You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

Reactivating: If you change your mind within 30 days, you can resubscribe and retain full access to your previous materials and history.
