How Add-ons Work

Add-ons in Daxi Study AI are one-time purchases that give you additional usage beyond your monthly plan limits. They are not recurring monthly charges - you only buy them when you need them.

Available add-ons: Extra Questions ($4.99 for 500 questions) - Need more questions during exam season? Add 500 extra questions to keep studying. Audio & Video Minutes ($3.99 for 60 minutes) - Process more lecture recordings and videos. YouTube Imports ($2.99 for 25 imports) - Import additional YouTube videos for your study materials. OCR Pages Pack ($2.99 for 500 pages) - Scan more documents and handwritten notes. Storage Expansion ($4.99/month for 10 GB) - Add extra storage space for your course materials.

How billing works with add-ons: Your monthly allocation from The Daxi Plan is always used first. Add-on usage only kicks in after your monthly limits have been fully used up. This means you get the full value of your subscription before any add-on credits are consumed.

Add-on credits carry over as long as your subscription is active. If you purchase extra questions in October but don't use them all, the remaining credits are still available in November. However, your fresh monthly allocation will be used first before dipping into carried-over add-on credits.

When you reach a monthly limit, Daxi will notify you and offer the option to purchase the relevant add-on. You can buy add-ons at any time from your account settings without any interruption to your studying.

The Storage Expansion add-on is the only recurring add-on - it adds 10 GB of extra storage for $4.99/month and remains active as long as you choose to keep it. All other add-ons are one-time purchases.
